1. Agreement

These terms are an agreement between you and Digital Bang Intelligence LLC. ("we", "us" or "our") about your use of DSH Mobile - DeepSeek Harness ("DSH Mobile" or "the app") and the website dsh.claud.ing. By installing or using the app, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app. How we handle information is described in our Privacy Policy.

2. What the app is

DSH Mobile is an independent mobile companion for DeepSeek Harness. It is not affiliated with or endorsed by DeepSeek. It connects to a DeepSeek Harness service that you install and run on your own computer, and lets you view and continue sessions, follow tasks, answer questions, approve tool actions, browse workspace files and receive alerts. To use it you need DeepSeek Harness on your computer and the DSH Mobile plugin, and your phone and computer must be able to reach each other on the same trusted network.

"DeepSeek" and related names belong to their owners and are used only to describe what the app works with.

3. License

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the app on devices you own or control, for your own use, under these terms. You may not copy, sell, rent or sublicense the app, use it to break the law or others' rights, interfere with its operation, or try to access systems you are not authorized to access.

The project's source code, and the open-source components the app uses, are licensed under their own licenses (the project's own source code is under the MIT License). Nothing in these terms limits the rights those licenses give you.

4. Your responsibilities

  • Your computer and network. The app reaches a service you run. You are responsible for that computer, for who can reach it, and for keeping the access token and QR code secret. Use the connection only on a trusted network.
  • Approving tool actions. When an AI agent asks to run a command or change files and you approve it in the app, the action runs on your computer with your permissions. Read what you approve. We are not responsible for actions you approve.
  • AI output. Responses generated through DeepSeek Harness and its model providers can be wrong, incomplete or unsafe. Review them before relying on them or running anything they suggest.
  • Other services. DeepSeek Harness, model providers and any push channel you configure are provided by others under their own terms and fees; those terms apply to your use of them.

5. Price and purchases

DSH Mobile is currently free. If we later offer paid features, the price and terms will be shown in the app store before you buy, and the purchase will be processed by Apple or Google under their terms.

6. Privacy

The app has no account, no advertising and no analytics SDK, and it does not send your sessions, files or credentials to us. The details are in the Privacy Policy.

7. Intellectual property

Apart from the open-source licenses in Section 3, the app's name, logo and artwork belong to us or our licensors. You keep all rights to your own content, including your sessions, files and images; we do not receive them and claim no rights in them.

8. Disclaimer of warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the app is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted or error-free operation. We do not promise that the app will work with every version of DeepSeek Harness, every network or every device.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits or business, arising from your use of the app or from actions you approve through it. Our total liability for any claim relating to the app is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us for the app in the 12 months before the claim and US$50. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limits; in that case the limits apply to the extent permitted, and your mandatory consumer rights are not affected.

10. Termination

You can stop using the app at any time by uninstalling it. We may suspend or end your access if you break these terms or if we stop offering the app. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive.

11. Apple App Store

If you download the app from the Apple App Store, Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies; where it conflicts with these terms on an iOS-specific matter, Apple's terms prevail. These terms are between you and us only, not Apple. We, not Apple, are responsible for the app, for support and for any claims about it. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms and may enforce them against you.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will update the dates at the top of this page and publish the new text at dsh.claud.ing/terms/. If you keep using the app after a change takes effect, you accept the updated terms.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Wyoming, unless mandatory law where you live gives you the right to bring it elsewhere.
